Pretty Solid Insurance
Overall I've had a good experience with Petplan. They paid out quickly when my cat had an emergency and I felt reassured. Just wish their app was a bit more user-friendly.

Good Coverage but Slow Claims Process
I've been using Petplan for my dog for about a year now. The coverage is solid and it gives me peace of mind, but the claims process is a bit slow. I had to follow up a couple of times to get my reimbursement for a vet bill. Still, I would recommend them for the overall value.

Too many hoops to jump through
When my dog got sick, I thought I was covered. The claims process was full of hurdles, with vague requirements and long wait times. After weeks, I finally got partial reimbursement, but it was a battle every step of the way.

Great for my dog!
My dog had a pretty serious incident and I was worried about costs. Petplan came through! They covered most of the vet bills without any hassle at all. Very satisfied!

Room for Improvement

Value for Money!

Claims process is awful
The claims process is a maze. I submitted all required documents for my cat’s dental surgery, yet they asked for more info every time I followed up. It took two months to get any sort of compensation. Very unsatisfied.

Good but could improve
Petplan has really good coverage options and the premiums are reasonable. However, the customer service took a bit longer to respond than I expected during my last claim.

Not what I expected
I had high hopes for Petplan, but my claim got denied due to a 'pre-existing condition' that I wasn’t even aware of. I feel misled and frustrated. Definitely looking elsewhere.

Great for the Price
For the price, I think Petplan offers good coverage. I haven't had many claims yet, but my experience so far has been positive. Just the phone wait times can be a little frustrating.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I can't rave enough about Petplan! They were so supportive when my dog got sick. The claims were processed quickly, and the amounts covered were substantial. Would recommend to any pet owner!

Feeling let down

Excellent Service!
