Pretty Good Coverage
I've been with Petplan for a while now. Their coverage is pretty good, claim turnaround isn’t bad. Minor delays but overall satisfied with how they handled my recent claim.

Happy with the Service!
Petplan has been great so far. My cat had a few unexpected health issues and the claims were handled pretty well. Just wish they could speed up the communication a bit.

Good coverage, but slow claims process
I've been with Petplan for about a year now. Overall, the coverage is great for my dog's needs, and I feel like my vet gets reimbursed fairly well. However, the claims process can be a bit slow. It took almost 3 weeks to get my last claim processed, which was super frustrating. Still, I'm mostly satisfied and would recommend them for the coverage.

Almost Perfect!
I've had a good experience overall. The claims took a bit longer than expected to get approved, but once they did, the coverage was solid. Just wish the communication was better.

Best Pet Insurance
The best pet insurance I’ve found! They have a wide range of coverage options to fit my needs and the claims process is straightforward. Just wish it was a bit cheaper!

Good Coverage but Slow Claims Process
I've been using Petplan for my dog for about a year now. The coverage is solid and it gives me peace of mind, but the claims process is a bit slow. I had to follow up a couple of times to get my reimbursement for a vet bill. Still, I would recommend them for the overall value.

Value for Money!

Great for the Price
For the price, I think Petplan offers good coverage. I haven't had many claims yet, but my experience so far has been positive. Just the phone wait times can be a little frustrating.

Solid Experience

Mostly good but a few issues
