Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about Petplan. The initial setup was easy, but when I tried to claim for my dog's surgery, I felt overwhelmed with paperwork. It took longer than expected to get paid.

Mixed Feelings

Petplan worked for my cat's vet visits, but the premiums are a bit steep. I feel like I end up paying more out of pocket than I expected. They really need to simplify their policies.

Decent Service, Could Be Better

I've been with Petplan for a while now. The claims process can be a bit slow sometimes, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my reimbursement. But they did cover my dog's surgery costs which was a relief.

Room for Improvement

Decent Insurance, Not Perfect

Decent but not great

Some positives but needs improvement

Coverage is decent, but processing times really let them down. My cat had a minor surgery, and I didn’t see reimbursement for over a month. Customer service was friendly but not super helpful when I called for updates.

Honestly disappointed

Petplan has its perks, but the lengthy claim process is a turn-off. My puppy needed an emergency vet visit, and getting them to approve the claim was frustrating. I’m okay with waiting a bit, but weeks without updates is too much.

A Bit Disappointed

Honestly, I expected more. When I tried to claim for my pet's dental issues, they initially denied it saying it was a pre-existing condition. I didn't even know it was an issue before I signed up.

Feeling let down
