Mixed Feelings
I have mixed feelings about Petplan. The initial setup was easy, but when I tried to claim for my dog's surgery, I felt overwhelmed with paperwork. It took longer than expected to get paid.

Mixed Feelings
Petplan worked for my cat's vet visits, but the premiums are a bit steep. I feel like I end up paying more out of pocket than I expected. They really need to simplify their policies.

Decent Service, Could Be Better
I've been with Petplan for a while now. The claims process can be a bit slow sometimes, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my reimbursement. But they did cover my dog's surgery costs which was a relief.

Room for Improvement
Petplan has decent coverage options, but their customer service could definitely be better. I had to wait ages for a response to my questions, and it left me feeling anxious about my dog's health.

I don't know, my experience hasn’t been the greatest honestly. They covered my dog's illness, but took longer than I thought to process my claim. I expected better.

Decent Insurance, Not Perfect
Petplan's insurance has been decent for my pup. They've covered most of the vet bills without issue, but I sometimes feel like their customer service isn’t as responsive as I’d hope.

Decent but not great

Some positives but needs improvement
Coverage is decent, but processing times really let them down. My cat had a minor surgery, and I didn’t see reimbursement for over a month. Customer service was friendly but not super helpful when I called for updates.

Honestly disappointed
Petplan has its perks, but the lengthy claim process is a turn-off. My puppy needed an emergency vet visit, and getting them to approve the claim was frustrating. I’m okay with waiting a bit, but weeks without updates is too much.

A Bit Disappointed
Honestly, I expected more. When I tried to claim for my pet's dental issues, they initially denied it saying it was a pre-existing condition. I didn't even know it was an issue before I signed up.

Feeling let down
Honestly, I was expecting better. They did cover part of an expensive procedure, but the claims took forever. I don’t think I’ll renew.
