Claims take forever

Too many hoops to jump through

When my dog got sick, I thought I was covered. The claims process was full of hurdles, with vague requirements and long wait times. After weeks, I finally got partial reimbursement, but it was a battle every step of the way.

Claims process is awful

The claims process is a maze. I submitted all required documents for my cat’s dental surgery, yet they asked for more info every time I followed up. It took two months to get any sort of compensation. Very unsatisfied.

Not what I expected

I had high hopes for Petplan, but my claim got denied due to a 'pre-existing condition' that I wasn’t even aware of. I feel misled and frustrated. Definitely looking elsewhere.

Feeling let down

I had high expectations considering the reviews, but honestly, my experience hasn’t been great. The first claim I put in got denied without clear reasons. Then, when I tried to get answers, the support was really unhelpful!

Disappointing service

Disappointed with Customer Service

Frustrating experience
