Nice but could be better

I enjoyed using Klook for my activities in Paris. The app is user-friendly, though a couple of activities I wanted were sold out. A bit disappointing, but I found alternatives.

Disappointing Ending

I had high hopes for Klook based on the reviews, but my last experience was just frustrating. My attraction tickets arrived late and I missed out on exploring. Also, trying to contact customer service was a hassle. They didn’t seem to care much about my problem. Not sure if I'll use them again soon.

Disappointing Experience

I booked a tour through Klook and it was a letdown. The guide was late, and we missed part of the itinerary. Customer support was unhelpful, took ages to respond. Not using them again.

Great value for money

Klook is my go-to for travel deals. I’ve saved a lot on tickets and tours. Everything was easy to manage on the app. Will keep using it for sure.

Good service but can improve

Used Klook for my trip to Thailand. The prices were good and everything was pretty straightforward. Just wish customer service was a bit faster when I had a question.

Amazing service! Highly recommend

Never Again

I paid for a Disneyland ticket but they didn’t send me the confirmation until after I needed it. I ended up missing my slot. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare, they don’t reply to messages!

Solid experience overall

Klook is pretty reliable. Booked a couple of tours and they all went well. However, some of the descriptions were a bit vague. Still, I’m happy with the experience.

Mixed feelings on usability

Better than I expected!

They lost my booking

I booked a water park day pass for my family and when we got there, they said we had no reservation. Had to wait for customer service to try to fix it, but they couldn't help at that moment. We ended up paying full price at the gate even though I had the confirmation email! So angry and disappointed.
