Not exactly what I expected
Decent service but had a few hiccups with my booking. Some attractions had long waits despite pre-booking. Could have been better.

Mediocre service for the price
Had mixed feelings. Some aspects were good, but I faced delays with my e-tickets. It was frustrating, especially when I had limited time.

Mixed feelings on usability
Klook has some awesome activities, but sometimes the site crashes or is slow to load. I ended up booking but it was frustrating.

Mixed Feelings
I got my tickets on time, but the app kept crashing when I tried to access them. The tour itself was decent, guide was nice but logistics were messy.

Bit of a mixed bag
