Frustrating Process
I found the prices attractive, but trying to change my booking for a tour was a hassle. Their support team is slow and unhelpful. Overall, I expected better. Might consider using someone else next time.

Disappointing service
I booked a tour last month and when I arrived, the tour provider had no record of my booking. Had to sort it out with their customer service which took forever, and I ended up missing the tour. Such a waste of my time.

Worst Service Ever

Great service but...
I used Klook for my trip to Thailand. Most things were great, easy to use, and I had a fantastic time. But ran into some confusion with my voucher at one activity, they could improve communication.

Terrible Experience
