Disappointing service

I booked a tour last month and when I arrived, the tour provider had no record of my booking. Had to sort it out with their customer service which took forever, and I ended up missing the tour. Such a waste of my time.

Disappointing Ending

I had high hopes for Klook based on the reviews, but my last experience was just frustrating. My attraction tickets arrived late and I missed out on exploring. Also, trying to contact customer service was a hassle. They didn’t seem to care much about my problem. Not sure if I'll use them again soon.

Disappointing Experience

I booked a tour through Klook and it was a letdown. The guide was late, and we missed part of the itinerary. Customer support was unhelpful, took ages to respond. Not using them again.

They lost my booking

I booked a water park day pass for my family and when we got there, they said we had no reservation. Had to wait for customer service to try to fix it, but they couldn't help at that moment. We ended up paying full price at the gate even though I had the confirmation email! So angry and disappointed.

Could be better

They offer good deals but their website often freezes. It's really annoying.
