Mostly good, minor hiccup
Booked a few attractions, and most were great, but there was an issue with one reservation. They sorted it out after some emails, but it took longer than expected.

Great service but...
I used Klook for my trip to Thailand. Most things were great, easy to use, and I had a fantastic time. But ran into some confusion with my voucher at one activity, they could improve communication.

Solid choice for travel activities
I booked a city tour in Barcelona and the price was excellent. Everything went fine, just a little miscommunication with the meeting point.

Great platform for travel deals

Solid service overall

Nice but could be better
I enjoyed using Klook for my activities in Paris. The app is user-friendly, though a couple of activities I wanted were sold out. A bit disappointing, but I found alternatives.

Great value for money

Good service but can improve

Solid experience overall

Nice deals and variety

Good, but not without hiccups

Pretty good overall
I booked some museum tickets and transfers through Klook, and it was decent. The prices were good and the app was user-friendly. Just wish they had more options!

Great deals but a bit confusing at times

Consistent quality
