Good, but not without hiccups
Klook's offerings are great, but I had some trouble with changing my reservation. Customer service took a while to respond, which was annoying.

Highly recommend!
Just came back from my trip, and Klook was amazing! Everything worked like a charm, and I really loved the customer support. Definitely booking through them again!

Pretty good overall
I booked some museum tickets and transfers through Klook, and it was decent. The prices were good and the app was user-friendly. Just wish they had more options!

Awful Support

Mixed Feelings
I got my tickets on time, but the app kept crashing when I tried to access them. The tour itself was decent, guide was nice but logistics were messy.

Great deals but a bit confusing at times
Used Klook for some tickets in Japan, really good prices compared to others. Just found the website a bit cluttered and hard to navigate sometimes.

Absolutely loved it!
I booked a food tour in Rome and it was amazing! The guide was fantastic and the food was to die for. Klook really knows how to set up great experiences!

Consistent quality
I appreciate that Klook makes it easy to plan trips. I’ve booked half a dozen things and they’ve all been reliable. No issues encountered so far.

Bit of a mixed bag
