Impressive with Some Drawbacks

Overall, I enjoy using Freshworks. Their auto-generated reports give great insights, and the UI is user-friendly. But, I’ve faced occasional downtime which is quite a drawback for my business, hence 4 stars. The potential is there, but I worry about reliability.

Great support but needs improvement

I’ve been using Freshworks for a few months now. The customer support is really responsive and helpful. My only issue is the integration features, they’re a bit clunky. Overall a good experience.

Good service overall

Okay but Frustrating

I like the idea behind Freshworks, but the execution leaves much to be desired. I faced multiple glitches, especially while generating reports. The dashboard could also use a refresh for ease of use.

Pretty Good Overall

Freshworks has some solid features that really help in managing our customer interactions. It's fairly easy to set up. Still, some integration with other tools could use improvement. Looking forward to future updates.

Decent but with issues

Not What I Expected

Pretty Efficient Software

Freshworks has really streamlined our customer service process. The analytics tools are pretty useful, and my team is making use of them extensively. We've seen improvements in our response times since we switched.

Solid tool, solid functionality

Overall I am quite pleased with Freshworks. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the features are often just what I need. Although, I did run into a few bugs that took some time to resolve.

Not What I Expected

The features sound great, but they rarely work as intended. I’m often left trying to troubleshoot things that shouldn’t be a problem. Very disappointing overall.

Nice features

Decent but not great

I’ve mixed feelings about Freshworks. The initial setup was straightforward, but I ran into some bugs that were frustrating. The tool has potential, but it needs a lot of refining. I hope future updates will sort these issues out, because I really want to like it.

It's okay, has room for improvement

Could Be Better

Not what I expected

I was really hoping for a solid customer support tool, but Freshworks turned out to be a huge disappointment. They promised a bunch of features but half of them don’t work as advertised. I reached out to support, but their response was slow and not helpful. Total waste of money!
