Pretty solid choice
I'm happy with Freshworks. The CRM part is intuitive and helps me manage customer interactions easily. No major complaints so far.

Used Freshworks for my small business and it has its perks. The integration with email is solid, and it's quite user-friendly once you get the hang of it. However, sometimes it takes longer to load certain elements which could be improved.

The software is quick to implement and reasonably priced. I'm happy with the basic features, especially for the price. Not perfect but definitely worth considering.

The customer support team was helpful when I reached out, getting a quick response for my questions. I found it easy to track my customer interactions. Still, a few bugs left me wanting more.

Freshworks has been working well for us for now. Nothing overly fancy but it’s reliable. Just wish there were more training materials available.

I really enjoy using Freshworks for project management. The collaboration features are fantastic and the team can work together smoothly. However, I did experience some minor bugs that interrupted my productivity a couple of times.

Overall, I enjoy using Freshworks. Their auto-generated reports give great insights, and the UI is user-friendly. But, I’ve faced occasional downtime which is quite a drawback for my business, hence 4 stars. The potential is there, but I worry about reliability.

Overall I am quite pleased with Freshworks. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the features are often just what I need. Although, I did run into a few bugs that took some time to resolve.
