Mixed Feelings

The overall usability is good but I have experienced unexpected downtime which impacted my workflow. The reporting tools could be much more intuitive to help us make better decisions. But some integrations are pretty seamless.

Just average experience

Freshworks does the job, but seriously lacks flexibility when it comes to customizing workflows. It’s decent, but I think I’ll be looking for alternatives.

Decent But Room for Growth

I appreciate the functionality, especially the CRM features. But I faced several issues with the software updating my data correctly. I had to reach out multiple times to resolve what I thought was just a one-time issue. Hoping for better stability in the future.

Okay for small teams

It's fine if you're just managing a small team. Some functionalities are limited as you scale up. I've seen better options out there.

Decent Tool with Few Issues

Got Freshworks for my team recently. It's decent for managing projects, but I've encountered a few bugs that slowed down our workflow. Overall, it gets the job done, but not without some annoyance.

Not Great, Not Terrible

It does the job, I guess. The interface is a bit clunky and it's hard to navigate sometimes. But it works for basic tasks.

Okay but Frustrating

I like the idea behind Freshworks, but the execution leaves much to be desired. I faced multiple glitches, especially while generating reports. The dashboard could also use a refresh for ease of use.

Pretty Good Overall

Freshworks has some solid features that really help in managing our customer interactions. It's fairly easy to set up. Still, some integration with other tools could use improvement. Looking forward to future updates.

Decent but with issues

Average service

Freshworks does the job, but it feels a bit slow sometimes. I'm not blown away but it hasn't been a complete failure either.

Decent but not great

I’ve mixed feelings about Freshworks. The initial setup was straightforward, but I ran into some bugs that were frustrating. The tool has potential, but it needs a lot of refining. I hope future updates will sort these issues out, because I really want to like it.

It's okay, has room for improvement

I find the platform useful but not as user-friendly as I hoped it would be. Some features are a bit complicated and take time to learn. Not the worst, but not the best.

Could Be Better

I appreciate some of the features, but the analytics part feels lacking. There's a big learning curve for new users too. I think I might look for alternatives after this trial.

It's okay, I guess

Freshworks does have some decent features but it's really not as user-friendly as I thought. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and while it gets the job done, I struggle with certain aspects of the platform. Could be better, honestly.
