Terrible Experience with Freshworks

I had high hopes for Freshworks, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Their support team is unresponsive, and when I finally got through, they were not helpful at all. I lost several hours trying to resolve issues with their software and still haven’t found a solution. I will not be renewing my subscription.

Terrible Support

The support is non-existent. My ticket is still open after two weeks! What's the point of a tool if you can't get any help?

Not what I expected

I was really hoping for a solid customer support tool, but Freshworks turned out to be a huge disappointment. They promised a bunch of features but half of them don’t work as advertised. I reached out to support, but their response was slow and not helpful. Total waste of money!
