Disappointing Customer Support

The platform is fine, but I had a really tough time getting support when I needed it. They took ages to reply, and when they did, it wasn’t what I expected. Super frustrating experience.

Not worth the hype

I was really excited to try Freshworks but was let down by the performance. It feels slow at times and their billing process is confusing. Definitely not what I expected.

Needs Improvement

The system is okay, but I find myself frustrated often. I had several bugs and the mobile app is laggy. I hope they can sort these issues out soon.

Not What I Expected

Disappointed with their service

I expected much more from Freshworks. Their software crashed on me twice, and when I contacted support, they took forever to respond. Definitely not what I was hoping for.
