Freshworks does have some decent features but it's really not as user-friendly as I thought. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and while it gets the job done, I struggle with certain aspects of the platform. Could be better, honestly.

I've been using Freshworks for my team for about 6 months. Most features work well and the support is responsive. Just wish the reporting tools were a bit more robust.

We had high hopes, but the software crashed during setup. The customer support was slow to respond, making the whole process even more frustrating. Not what I expected from a business software provider.

I expected much more from Freshworks. Their software crashed on me twice, and when I contacted support, they took forever to respond. Definitely not what I was hoping for.
