Very disappointing service

I’ve used Boots before but this time it was a nightmare. My order was missing an item and customer service took forever to respond. Really frustrating.

Disappointing experience

Pretty good, but could improve

Really nice shopping experience

Better than before, but still room for improvement

I liked that my items were packed well and arrived promptly. However, I still had issues with the site being glitchy. I hope they fix that soon.

Very disappointing

Ordered a couple of gifts for friends, and the website showed them in stock. After waiting for a week, I got an email saying they were out of stock. How does that happen?

Decent but not great

Okay but needs improvement
