Not what I expected

Not great, not terrible
Boots is fine for essentials, but don’t count on them for fast shipping. My last order took ages to get here. I guess I’m just used to better service from other places.

So many issues
Ordered on a Tuesday expecting it by the weekend, but it arrived the following Friday. They said it was due to high demand, but that’s just not good enough.

Good service but slow shipping
