Great products, shipping issues
I love the range of products at Boots, especially their skincare line. I ordered a few items last month, but the delivery was delayed by a week. Still, I would order again.

Pretty good, but could improve

Better than before, but still room for improvement
I liked that my items were packed well and arrived promptly. However, I still had issues with the site being glitchy. I hope they fix that soon.

Good service but slow shipping
I love their products and the customer service is helpful. I ordered some vitamins and it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but at least it was worth it.
