Quality products
I always trust American Girl for good quality toys. My daughter has been playing with her doll every day since she got it. Only downside is the high price of outfits.

Decent but needs improvement
The dolls are cute and my daughter loves them, but the shipping takes way too long. I had a problem with my order size and the sizing chart was misleading. Customer service was okay but could be more helpful.

Fun experience
Shopping here was fun! The store is bright and colorful. Got my daughter a doll and some clothes. Just found the customer service a bit slow during peak hours.

Mixed Feelings
The doll is cute, but delivery took forever. My daughter was really upset because her birthday party was last week and it didn’t show up in time. I think the products are nice, but the shipping needs improvement.

Absolutely love it!

Terrible service overall
I had an awful experience with the return process. I ordered a doll and it came with a broken arm. I tried reaching customer service, but they just kept me on hold for hours. It felt like they didn’t care at all about fixing their mistakes.

Nice selection

Total waste of money

Great variety but poor service
I went to the American Girl store hoping for a great experience for my daughter. The selection was fantastic, and she loved the dolls. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and we waited for almost an hour for help. When we finally got assistance, my daughter was so tired that she lost interest in picking out her doll. It was disappointing, but she loves the doll we got when we finally left.

Good concept, but disappointing delivery
I ordered a special edition doll for my daughter's birthday. The website said it would arrive in time, but it showed up late. The doll itself was nice but I was really expecting a better service level. The communication on shipping delays was poor, so I had to fumble through to figure things out myself. My daughter still loved it, but I was let down.
