Nice dolls, but some issues
We bought a couple of dolls for my daughters. They loved them, but I was disappointed with the shipping speed. Also, one of the dolls had a defect and customer service took a while to respond.

Decent, but needs improvements
The dolls are decent, but the skin tones don't look realistic. I hope they improve the quality of products.

Mixed feelings...
The doll itself is great, but I did have a hard time getting customer service to answer my questions about shipping. Took a few days to get a reply which was frustrating.

Decent but needs improvement
The dolls are cute and my daughter loves them, but the shipping takes way too long. I had a problem with my order size and the sizing chart was misleading. Customer service was okay but could be more helpful.

Mixed Feelings
The doll is cute, but delivery took forever. My daughter was really upset because her birthday party was last week and it didn’t show up in time. I think the products are nice, but the shipping needs improvement.

Mixed feelings
So, we ordered a doll for my daughter and it took longer than expected to arrive. Customer service was helpful but it was frustrating. The doll is great once we finally got it, but that wait was a bummer.
