Not impressed with service

Nice dolls, but some issues
We bought a couple of dolls for my daughters. They loved them, but I was disappointed with the shipping speed. Also, one of the dolls had a defect and customer service took a while to respond.

Delivery issues
I had to wait more than two weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally came, the doll's hair was all matted. I reached out to customer service, and they took forever to respond which made me feel ignored. Really disappointing for such a popular brand.

Great quality but pricey
I bought a doll and a few outfits for my niece's birthday. The quality is fantastic and she loved them. However, I do think the prices are a bit steep, especially for the outfits. But overall, a good experience.

Great ideas but poor execution
I love the idea of American Girl, and I appreciate their commitment to storytelling and history. However, the execution in terms of product quality and shipping can be really lackluster. I had multiple items come in damaged, and it took longer than expected to get replacements. I want to support this brand, but they really need to step up their game.

Not worth the hype

Quality not as expected
I was really looking forward to getting my daughter a doll from American Girl. However, when it arrived, the hair was all messy and the clothes seemed cheap. My daughter was sad, and I won't be ordering again.

Great dolls but pricey
I love the quality of the American Girl dolls. My daughter immediately fell in love with her new doll. Just wish they weren’t so expensive, but the accessories are cute too.

Very disappointed

Absolutely love it!
My daughter is obsessed with her American Girl doll! We got her Kit for her birthday and the attention to detail is just amazing. The clothes, the accessories, everything is top-notch. She plays with it every day! Worth every penny.

Good stuff, but shipping could be better
I like the dolls and the whole concept, really cute. However, I had some issues with shipping, it was delayed a few days. Still, my daughter loves her doll, so I’ll probably order again despite the hiccup!

Disappointing experience

Solid quality

Mixed feelings...
