I bought a doll and a few outfits for my niece's birthday. The quality is fantastic and she loved them. However, I do think the prices are a bit steep, especially for the outfits. But overall, a good experience.

I like the dolls and the whole concept, really cute. However, I had some issues with shipping, it was delayed a few days. Still, my daughter loves her doll, so I’ll probably order again despite the hiccup!

I always trust American Girl for good quality toys. My daughter has been playing with her doll every day since she got it. Only downside is the high price of outfits.

Shopping here was fun! The store is bright and colorful. Got my daughter a doll and some clothes. Just found the customer service a bit slow during peak hours.

The variety of characters and stories is impressive. My niece enjoys collecting them, but it adds up quickly. Still, it's worth it for the memories.

I went to the American Girl store hoping for a great experience for my daughter. The selection was fantastic, and she loved the dolls. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and we waited for almost an hour for help. When we finally got assistance, my daughter was so tired that she lost interest in picking out her doll. It was disappointing, but she loves the doll we got when we finally left.

Overall, good shopping experience. Delivery was fast and the doll is super cute! A little disappointed in the doll's hair quality, though, it gets tangled pretty easily.
