My daughter absolutely loves her American Girl doll! The attention to detail is incredible. Just wish the shipping could be a bit faster.

Mixed feelings
So, we ordered a doll for my daughter and it took longer than expected to arrive. Customer service was helpful but it was frustrating. The doll is great once we finally got it, but that wait was a bummer.

Not impressed
I had high hopes for the quality, but the doll I received was damaged and not at all what I expected. The outfit had a stain on it. I sent it back but it’s been a hassle trying to get a replacement. Wish this had gone smoother.

Happy but could improve
Overall, good shopping experience. Delivery was fast and the doll is super cute! A little disappointed in the doll's hair quality, though, it gets tangled pretty easily.

Good selection
I appreciate the variety of dolls and accessories available. Each one tells a story and my girl loves learning about different histories through them. We will definitely buy again!

Best gifts ever!
Every time I gift an American Girl doll, it's a hit! They're so unique and special. My niece was over the moon with her new doll. Highly recommend!
