Very frustrating experience
Ordered a set of headlights but received the wrong ones. I had to return them and it was a long process. Not returning to this place.

Unsatisfactory customer support
I called them for help about a part for my car. Instead of getting guidance, I was put on hold for a long time. When I finally spoke with someone, they seemed rushed and unable to answer my questions. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.

Good but needs improvement
The store is decent, but some items are overpriced. I found the same parts cheaper online. I think they need to compete better with online retailers.

Average But Could Be Better
I needed wiper blades and found some at Advance Auto Parts. The selection was okay, but when I got home, I realized I picked the wrong size. I went back and the returns process was a bit confusing. Their staff could use more training on product knowledge, maybe I wouldn't have made that mistake.

Awful customer service
I visited to pick up a simple oil filter and it took forever. The staff was unhelpful and forgot about my order.

Pretty good overall

Mixed feelings

Awesome service!

Mixed feelings

Not impressed

Solid place for auto parts

Let down this time

Disappointing Service and Products
I ordered a battery online and was promised same day pickup. When I arrived, they didn't have the battery in stock, even though it showed available on the website. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any solutions. Ended up waiting for an hour for a simple refund. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.
