Decent experience
Overall, it was a decent experience. I got my brake pads really fast, but the cashier seemed a bit untrained and took longer than necessary to check me out.

Good but could be better
I found the parts I needed pretty quickly and the prices were decent. The staff was really nice too. My only complaint is that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for someone to help me with my questions.

Reliable service
I’ve ordered from Advance Auto Parts a few times and they’ve always been reliable. Prices are competitive and their promotions are nice. I’d say they’re solid for auto parts.

The store is decent, but some items are overpriced. I found the same parts cheaper online. I think they need to compete better with online retailers.

Solid place for auto parts

Good selection

Good selection but could improve service
I usually find what I need at Advance, a decent range of parts. But during my last visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed and took forever to help me. Still, I’ll be back for the variety.
