Terrible experience

I ordered a battery online and when I got to the store, they said they couldn't find it. Wasted my time and left empty-handed. Very disappointing!

Never again, they lost my order

I decided to try Advance Auto Parts after seeing some positive reviews. Unfortunately, when I went in to pick up my brake pads, they claimed my order wasn't there. I even had the order confirmation email with me. The staff didn't seem to care and just told me to wait. They didn't offer any solutions either. I had to go to a different store and pay more. Really not happy with the service.

Really bad experience

Went to get some spark plugs, but they had none in stock. Ended up wasting time because they didn't bother to check what they had until I arrived.

Very frustrating experience

Ordered a set of headlights but received the wrong ones. I had to return them and it was a long process. Not returning to this place.

Unsatisfactory customer support

I called them for help about a part for my car. Instead of getting guidance, I was put on hold for a long time. When I finally spoke with someone, they seemed rushed and unable to answer my questions. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.

Terrible Customer Support!

I contacted customer service about a faulty part I bought last month, and nobody got back to me. I had to call multiple times just to get a simple answer about my return. It felt like they didn't care about my issue at all. I’m really upset with their lack of support, especially when it comes to defective products.

Awful service, avoid them
