I needed wiper blades and found some at Advance Auto Parts. The selection was okay, but when I got home, I realized I picked the wrong size. I went back and the returns process was a bit confusing. Their staff could use more training on product knowledge, maybe I wouldn't have made that mistake.

My last visit left me disappointed. The part I ordered online wasn’t available when I got there. Had to wait for someone to sort it out for a long time. Not happy with this.

I’m really disappointed. I ordered a specific part and when it arrived, it was completely the wrong one. Customer service took forever to get back to me. Not happy.

I ordered a battery online and was promised same day pickup. When I arrived, they didn't have the battery in stock, even though it showed available on the website. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any solutions. Ended up waiting for an hour for a simple refund. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.
