Not bad, but not great either

It’s a hit or miss here honestly. Sometimes the staff is helpful, other times not so much. I left with my items, but the whole experience felt rushed.

Average experience

I didn't have too many issues, but the part I ordered took longer than expected to arrive. When it finally came, it was what I needed but the delayed service was annoying.

Decent service, but improvements needed

Went to get a battery and the staff was nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the specific brand I needed. Ended up going with another store.

The store has a lot of parts, but my last purchase took longer than expected. The cashier was slow and there weren’t enough people working. It was frustrating, I hope it gets better.

Mixed feelings

I got what I came for, but the checkout process was confusing. The staff didn’t really explain the promotions well and I felt a bit lost. I'd probably give them another chance though.

Mixed feelings

The website is easy to navigate and I got my order on time. However, one part I received was wrong, which was frustrating. Their return process was a hassle, so I'm not sure if I'd order again.

Not the best

Had some issues with the online order system. It took way longer than expected, and when I finally got the part, it was damaged. Customer service was decent but I expected more.
