Not bad, but not great either
It’s a hit or miss here honestly. Sometimes the staff is helpful, other times not so much. I left with my items, but the whole experience felt rushed.

Decent experience

Terrible experience

Good but could be better
I found the parts I needed pretty quickly and the prices were decent. The staff was really nice too. My only complaint is that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for someone to help me with my questions.

Never again, they lost my order
I decided to try Advance Auto Parts after seeing some positive reviews. Unfortunately, when I went in to pick up my brake pads, they claimed my order wasn't there. I even had the order confirmation email with me. The staff didn't seem to care and just told me to wait. They didn't offer any solutions either. I had to go to a different store and pay more. Really not happy with the service.

Reliable service
I’ve ordered from Advance Auto Parts a few times and they’ve always been reliable. Prices are competitive and their promotions are nice. I’d say they’re solid for auto parts.
