Had a decent experience overall, but it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Just a few helpful staff and a bit of a wait. I’d probably consider going elsewhere next time.

I contacted customer service about a faulty part I bought last month, and nobody got back to me. I had to call multiple times just to get a simple answer about my return. It felt like they didn't care about my issue at all. I’m really upset with their lack of support, especially when it comes to defective products.

Found some hard-to-get parts here that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Definitely will recommend it to my friends, but the prices could be a little better.

I tried to return a part I didn't need, but it was a hassle. The person at the counter was rude and made me feel like I was a bother for coming in.

I usually find what I need at Advance, a decent range of parts. But during my last visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed and took forever to help me. Still, I’ll be back for the variety.
