Good but Needs Improvement
We had a nice time in Portugal, but there were a couple of mix-ups with our itinerary. Still, the overall experience was good. I’d try them again.

Good trip overall
I booked a holiday to Greece through TUI, and it was pretty good. The hotel was nice, and the flight was on time. Just a bit of a mix-up with the transfer, but we got there eventually.

Really disappointing experience
The flight was late, and then my bag got lost. It took days to find it. Never booking with TUI again!

Great holiday but some issues
We had a lovely time at the resort in Mexico, the beaches were stunning, and the staff were super friendly. I had issues with the transfer to the hotel; it was delayed and I had to wait over an hour. But once we settled in, everything was perfect. Just a small hiccup that didn't ruin our vacation!

Highly impressed!
Just came back from a Maldives trip and wow! TUI nailed it. Stunning resorts, great food, everything we dreamt of. Can't wait to plan our next getaway.

Value for Money, but improvements needed
Enjoyed the holiday but ran into issues with overbooked tours. The hotel was nice but could do with a better dining experience. Overall a decent trip, might try again.

Not bad, but could be better
Our trip to Greece had some ups and downs. The locations were amazing, but the travel back was really rough. TUI did assist us, but it was a bit stressful.

Amazing experience with TUI!

Fantastic Experience!
Used TUI for a family trip to Spain last summer. The package included flights, hotel, and transfers. Everything was smooth as butter, and we had an amazing time! Will definitely book again.

Okay holiday, average service
It was decent; the pool was great but the restaurant was too noisy, not the relaxing vibe I was hoping for. Also, the tours felt rushed.

I've been traveling with TUI for years now, never had a real issue until this last trip. I encountered some problems with the app for check-in, which was annoying. Still, we had a fun time overall.

Almost Perfect

Had a fun time despite some hiccups
Our trip to Greece was nice, the views were breathtaking, and we met lovely people. They did lose my luggage for a day but found it eventually. I guess things happen, just expect better communication next time from the support.

Mostly great experience!
Just got back from a 10-day trip to Greece booked through TUI. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. Only downside was the initial flight was delayed, but overall it was a fantastic experience!
