Disappointed with travel plan
Flight delays really messed up our trip, and then the hotel was overbooked, had to wait for hours to settle. Not planning to use TUI again.

Perfect Getaway!
Just received back from a week in the Maldives through TUI. It was absolutely stunning! Everything from flights to excursions was handled flawlessly. Will be booking my next trip with them for sure!

Solid service but room for improvement
The overall trip was good, but the hotel wasn't quite what I expected. Great customer support though, they really listened to my feedback.

Great Service but Minor Issue
Overall, a great experience with TUI. The vacation was well-planned and the hotel was nice, but we had a small hiccup with the shuttle service that got us to the hotel late. Still a solid 4 stars!

Very good service!
TUI delivered on a lovely holiday in Bali but could improve on communication. Didn’t get clear info about transfer times. Otherwise, a great trip!

Good experience, but room for improvement
The staff were friendly, but the food options at the hotel were kinda limited. The tour we booked could have been better organized too, but my family enjoyed the time spent together.

Amazing holiday!
I booked a holiday to Mexico with TUI and it was just perfect! The resort was gorgeous, everything was clean, and the food was delicious. Would definitely go back!
