The hotel was cozy and clean, and we loved the daily activities they offered, especially the yoga sessions. Our flight was on time, but the check-in process was a bit confusing. Still, I’d recommend TUI for the great service at the resort.

I mostly had a great experience. The resort in Mexico was lovely, but our flight was delayed a bit. A bit frustrating, but TUI’s support helped me navigate it.

Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience with TUI, but we had a small mix-up with our return flight details. They fixed it but it caused a bit of stress. Still, I'd use them again.

Just returned from a stunning holiday in Italy. The hotel staff were attentive, and the excursions were well planned. We appreciated the seamless check-in process and the app kept us updated on everything. Definitely using TUI again for our next trip!

I booked a holiday to Greece through TUI, and it was pretty good. The hotel was nice, and the flight was on time. Just a bit of a mix-up with the transfer, but we got there eventually.

We had a lovely time at the resort in Mexico, the beaches were stunning, and the staff were super friendly. I had issues with the transfer to the hotel; it was delayed and I had to wait over an hour. But once we settled in, everything was perfect. Just a small hiccup that didn't ruin our vacation!

Our trip to Greece had some ups and downs. The locations were amazing, but the travel back was really rough. TUI did assist us, but it was a bit stressful.

I've been traveling with TUI for years now, never had a real issue until this last trip. I encountered some problems with the app for check-in, which was annoying. Still, we had a fun time overall.

Just got back from a 10-day trip to Greece booked through TUI. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. Only downside was the initial flight was delayed, but overall it was a fantastic experience!

Overall, a great experience with TUI. The vacation was well-planned and the hotel was nice, but we had a small hiccup with the shuttle service that got us to the hotel late. Still a solid 4 stars!

TUI delivered on a lovely holiday in Bali but could improve on communication. Didn’t get clear info about transfer times. Otherwise, a great trip!
