Service was just satisfactory
The beaches were amazing, but the hotel was not what I paid for. Staff weren’t very helpful when I raised concerns about my room. Won’t be booking again.

Unsatisfactory travel experience
I had a horrible experience with customer service. When my flight was delayed, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help. I won’t recommend this to my friends.

Not exactly what I expected
The destination was great, but the hotel wasn’t as advertised. It felt outdated and wasn’t very clean. I had higher hopes for my vacation.

Totally satisfied!
Just came back from Thailand and wow, everything was organized so well by TUI! The tours were amazing, and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Amazing Trip to Greece!
Just got back from the best vacation ever with TUI! Everything was perfectly organized from flights to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and really attentive. Can’t recommend them enough!

Issues with communication
I had trouble reaching customer service for my booking. They took ages to reply, and I needed info about my flight changes. Ended up figuring things out on my own.

Lovely trip overall
The hotel was cozy and clean, and we loved the daily activities they offered, especially the yoga sessions. Our flight was on time, but the check-in process was a bit confusing. Still, I’d recommend TUI for the great service at the resort.

Fairly impressed overall
Had a decent experience traveling with TUI. The hotel in the Dominican Republic was nice, but not all the amenities were available. Still, I'll give them another shot.

Good service, minor hiccup
I mostly had a great experience. The resort in Mexico was lovely, but our flight was delayed a bit. A bit frustrating, but TUI’s support helped me navigate it.

Decent service, but can improve
Had a nice time during our holiday to Spain. The resort was lovely, but there were a few hiccups during booking. I wish the app was easier to use for changes. Overall, TUI is okay; just needs better support.

Great but some hiccups

Exceptional Service

Unhappy with service and hotel
We booked a romantic getaway through TUI only to find the hotel was under renovation upon arrival. Not what we signed up for! Reception staff were dismissive when we complained. The only good part was the beach, but overall really disappointed with TUI.

Close to perfection
Just returned from a stunning holiday in Italy. The hotel staff were attentive, and the excursions were well planned. We appreciated the seamless check-in process and the app kept us updated on everything. Definitely using TUI again for our next trip!

Not what I expected
Holiday was okay, but my room wasn't ready when we arrived. Had to wait two hours, which was frustrating after a long flight. I'd hope for better organization next time.
