Good experience overall

I ordered a guitar from Sweetwater and it arrived pretty quickly. The customer service was friendly, but I felt like they could have been a bit more informative about the shipping process. Overall, still a solid choice.

Mixed Feelings

Great Gear, but Sells Out Quick!

Found an awesome guitar, but it sold out before I could check out. When I emailed support, they were quick to respond and helped me find a similar model. That was nice.

Okay, but Product Quality is Hit or Miss

Best store for musicians!

Sweetwater has been amazing for my band. I ordered a set of mics and had them in just two days. Customer service even called to make sure everything was good! Love the personalized touch.

Disappointed with Customer Service

I ordered a guitar stand, but it arrived damaged. The customer service took way too long to respond and I still haven't heard back from them about a replacement. Really frustrating experience.

Mostly Good

Sweetwater has a good selection. My amp came in good condition and sounds great! Only downside was that they didn’t communicate well about the shipping.
