Mixed Feelings
The gear I ordered was great, but the delivery was delayed. I had to wait a full week. They were responsive, though!

Decent but could improve
Ordered a pedal and it arrived later than expected. The product is awesome but the wait was irritating. Maybe I'll try again but higher expectations next time.
