Not bad, not great
The gear I got was decent but took a while to arrive. I expected faster shipping after reading reviews. Support was fine, just not what I anticipated.

Sweetwater has a nice range of gear. I was pretty happy with my keyboard purchase. Just wish I had better tracking info about my shipment.

I recently ordered a guitar pedal from Sweetwater. The selection is pretty decent, but the shipping took longer than expected. Overall, I'm okay with it, but I wish it was faster.

I got a keyboard from Sweetwater, and while it’s nice, the delivery was delayed. The tracking info was confusing and I had to reach out for clarity. Overall, it’s decent but frustrating.

I had an issue with a mic stand that came wobbly. They were helpful but took a while to resolve everything. Product quality is great, but support needs to be faster.

Sweetwater has a good selection. My amp came in good condition and sounds great! Only downside was that they didn’t communicate well about the shipping.
