Let down by support

Had a hard time getting help when I needed it. I called several times and it felt like they were in a rush to get me off the line. Gear was okay but I won’t be back.

Disappointing service

Ordered some studio monitors and they came damaged. Sweetwater was helpful in getting me a replacement, but it took forever. Not happy with the overall experience, honestly.

Frustrated with my purchase

Not as Good as I Hoped

Disappointing Experience

I ordered a guitar that was supposed to be in stock, but it took almost three weeks to arrive. Customer service was not helpful at all when I called for updates. I don’t think I'll order again.

Disappointed with Customer Service
