While I've used Segment for a bit, there are definitely issues. The user interface could use a redesign, and I'd love to see better integration options. It gets the job done but could be so much better.

Setup is complicated and incredibly time-consuming. Support only gets back to you days later if at all. I expected a more straightforward process for the price I paid.

I had really high hopes for Segment, but my experience has been disappointing. The integration process was confusing and took way longer than expected. Customer support was slow to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like they didn't understand my issues. Would not recommend.
