Segment does its job well, but sometimes the pricing feels a bit high for smaller businesses like mine. Still a very useful tool.

Segment offers great integrations but sometimes the customer support is slow to respond. Had an issue with connecting to one of our tools that took too long to resolve.

I’m done. The bugs and glitches are insane. Support takes forever to respond, and by then, I've usually solved the problem myself.

I really struggled with the setup process, nothing worked as expected. Spent hours trying to integrate with our e-commerce platform, and it just kept glitching. And when I reached out for support, I felt ignored. Definitely not what I was hoping for from a software company.

Segment is decent but can be a bit buggy at times. I've run into some issues with syncing data. Support response time was slower than expected, but they eventually helped me out. Overall, it's okay.

Overall, I'm happy with how Segment works for us. The analytics are useful, but I did experience a couple of bugs in the setup process.

I’ve had good experiences with Segment, but sometimes the dashboard feels overwhelming. I really like the capabilities, but the UI could use some work. Overall, it's solid, but I'd like to see some design improvements.

I've been using Segment for a few months now and it mostly works great. The data integration is seamless, but sometimes the customer support can be a bit slow. Overall, I'm happy with it.

I found Segment to be very user-friendly. It took me just a couple of hours to set everything up. Just wish the pricing was a bit more transparent, that’s my only complaint.

Really let down by how support didn’t help me with urgent issues. The software itself can be useful, but without good customer service behind it, what’s the point?
