Very good but not perfect

Segment does its job well, but sometimes the pricing feels a bit high for smaller businesses like mine. Still a very useful tool.

Mixed feelings

Segment offers great integrations but sometimes the customer support is slow to respond. Had an issue with connecting to one of our tools that took too long to resolve.

Too Many Bugs

I’m done. The bugs and glitches are insane. Support takes forever to respond, and by then, I've usually solved the problem myself.

Frustrating Setup Process

I really struggled with the setup process, nothing worked as expected. Spent hours trying to integrate with our e-commerce platform, and it just kept glitching. And when I reached out for support, I felt ignored. Definitely not what I was hoping for from a software company.

Not bad, but room for improvement

Segment is decent but can be a bit buggy at times. I've run into some issues with syncing data. Support response time was slower than expected, but they eventually helped me out. Overall, it's okay.

Solid performance, few hiccups

Overall, I'm happy with how Segment works for us. The analytics are useful, but I did experience a couple of bugs in the setup process.

Good, but not flawless

I’ve had good experiences with Segment, but sometimes the dashboard feels overwhelming. I really like the capabilities, but the UI could use some work. Overall, it's solid, but I'd like to see some design improvements.

Could Be Better

Best analytics solution I’ve used

Solid tool with minor issues

I've been using Segment for a few months now and it mostly works great. The data integration is seamless, but sometimes the customer support can be a bit slow. Overall, I'm happy with it.

So Frustrating

Everything works great!

I can’t say enough good things! Segment has streamlined our data flow impeccably. Customer support is fast and helpful, and I appreciate the regular updates they roll out. Totally worth it!

Lacking Features

The features are limited and often don’t work as intended. The documentation is also lacking, leaving me in the dark for too long. I've used better tools that don't come with this level of hassle.

Overall a great tool

I've enjoyed using Segment for my startup. It's fast and mostly reliable. There are a few technical hiccups now and then, but the benefits outweigh the downsides.

Easy to set up and use

I found Segment to be very user-friendly. It took me just a couple of hours to set everything up. Just wish the pricing was a bit more transparent, that’s my only complaint.

Disappointed with Support

Really let down by how support didn’t help me with urgent issues. The software itself can be useful, but without good customer service behind it, what’s the point?
