Mixed feelings

Segment offers great integrations but sometimes the customer support is slow to respond. Had an issue with connecting to one of our tools that took too long to resolve.

Not bad, but room for improvement

Segment is decent but can be a bit buggy at times. I've run into some issues with syncing data. Support response time was slower than expected, but they eventually helped me out. Overall, it's okay.

Just okay

While Segment has some useful features, the onboarding experience was pretty tough. Not very user-friendly for newbies.

Average Service

Using Segment was okay, but I ran into a few issues during setup. The support team was somewhat helpful but slow to respond. Not completely satisfied, but it's not terrible either.

Slow Performance

Not impressed with the speed at all. It takes forever to load metrics, and the tracking seems off. I had a hard time getting reliable data.
