Frustrating Setup Process

I really struggled with the setup process, nothing worked as expected. Spent hours trying to integrate with our e-commerce platform, and it just kept glitching. And when I reached out for support, I felt ignored. Definitely not what I was hoping for from a software company.

Frustrating Service

I signed up for Segment thinking it would help with my data management needs. Instead, I faced constant errors and had to restart multiple integrations. Getting help from their support felt like pulling teeth!

Frustrating Setup Process

Setup is complicated and incredibly time-consuming. Support only gets back to you days later if at all. I expected a more straightforward process for the price I paid.

Disappointing Experience

I had high hopes for Segment, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The integration process was confusing, and their customer support was almost non-existent. I wasted too much time trying to get it set up.
