I’m done. The bugs and glitches are insane. Support takes forever to respond, and by then, I've usually solved the problem myself.

Segment does some things well, but other aspects are frustrating. Sometimes, the data sync takes way too long. I was hoping for better performance from such a well-known tool.

The software constantly crashes, and I can’t get my data right. All I have is headache after headache. Totally not worth it.

The features are limited and often don’t work as intended. The documentation is also lacking, leaving me in the dark for too long. I've used better tools that don't come with this level of hassle.

Really let down by how support didn’t help me with urgent issues. The software itself can be useful, but without good customer service behind it, what’s the point?

While I've used Segment for a bit, there are definitely issues. The user interface could use a redesign, and I'd love to see better integration options. It gets the job done but could be so much better.

I expected more from Segment. It took too long to integrate with our existing systems, and the documentation was unclear. Overall, I felt frustrated after months of effort.

I had really high hopes for Segment, but my experience has been disappointing. The integration process was confusing and took way longer than expected. Customer support was slow to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like they didn't understand my issues. Would not recommend.

Tried to set up Segment and ran into a lot of bugs. Documentation is not very clear, which made things frustrating. Not what I expected at all.

Had high hopes for Segment, but my experience has been a mixed bag. The analytics features are decent, but there’s a learning curve, and the app feels buggy at times. Should’ve been smoother, honestly.

I expected more UI polish and smoothness. It can be pretty clunky at times, especially when pulling reports. Just not the refined experience I was hoping for.

Honestly, Segment was disappointing. I found the analytics tools quite difficult to use and the dashboard wasn’t intuitive at all. I expected better from a software that's supposed to streamline data.
