Using Segment was okay, but I ran into a few issues during setup. The support team was somewhat helpful but slow to respond. Not completely satisfied, but it's not terrible either.

I had high hopes for Segment, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The integration process was confusing, and their customer support was almost non-existent. I wasted too much time trying to get it set up.

Had high hopes for Segment, but my experience has been a mixed bag. The analytics features are decent, but there’s a learning curve, and the app feels buggy at times. Should’ve been smoother, honestly.

Pretty good service, it does what it says but occasionally the data syncing takes longer than I’d like. Other than that, it’s been pretty reliable for our needs.

Segment has some strong features for analytics, but I did hit a few snags with the API documentation. Everything works fine, but a bit more clarity wouldn't hurt. Happy enough to recommend it.

I expected more UI polish and smoothness. It can be pretty clunky at times, especially when pulling reports. Just not the refined experience I was hoping for.

Honestly, Segment was disappointing. I found the analytics tools quite difficult to use and the dashboard wasn’t intuitive at all. I expected better from a software that's supposed to streamline data.

I like Segment a lot. The features are really useful for my marketing. But I did have a few hiccups setting up some integrations. I'm happy with the results, just wish the setup process was smoother.

Not impressed with the speed at all. It takes forever to load metrics, and the tracking seems off. I had a hard time getting reliable data.
