Very happy with my chair

Absolutely Love My New Dining Table!

Pretty decent selection
Found some unique items I really liked. The shipping was timely and everything arrived in good condition. I do think the prices can be a bit high, but the quality seems worth it so far.

Stylish options, but pricey
I love the design of my new couch. However, I think it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. The fabric feels nice but a bit thin, so I'm worried about long-term wear.

Lost patience with the customer support
Initially, I loved the bed frame I ordered. Beautiful design and solid construction, but during delivery, they forgot a lot of pieces. It took over a week of calling before I finally got the missing parts sent over. I truly lost patience with how long it took them to resolve it.

Good selection, great quality
Room & Board has an amazing selection of furniture. I bought a coffee table that’s unique and well-crafted. The only thing is I wish they had more sales throughout the year.

Quality service and products

Awesome styles

Slightly better than average
The furniture I purchased met my expectations, aesthetics-wise, but I was annoyed at the long wait times for delivery and when I tried to contact them, it took a while to get through. Not terrible but leaves much to be desired.

Not worth the hype

Disappointed with the experience
I was really looking forward to my new sofa, but the delivery was a mess. It showed up late and had some minor damage. I contacted customer service for a replacement, and it took forever to hear back. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better service.

Nice furniture, but delivery was tricky
I really love the sofa I got from Room & Board, it fits my living room perfectly. The only downside was the delivery, they were a bit late and didn't communicate well about the timing.

Mixed feelings

Solid service and great product

Almost Perfect!
Everything from the ordering to delivery was smooth. I love my new ottoman, but it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Still, it’s a great addition to my living room.

Disappointed with quality
Ordered a dining table that arrived damaged. Customer support took days to respond, and I still haven’t heard back about a replacement. Very frustrating experience.

Very nice but pricey
Room & Board has beautiful pieces, but I feel like everything is a bit overpriced. My coffee table is gorgeous and all, but I wish it was a little more affordable. Still, I'm satisfied.
