Mixed Feelings about My Purchase

I recently bought a sofa from Room & Board and while it's stylish, the delivery took longer than expected. Customer service was friendly, but I feel like the communication could've been better. Just okay.

Not what I expected

The dining table I got has a pretty big scratch on it. Not happy at all.

It’s alright, but not amazing

Just received my new desk. It looks nice and serves its purpose but the assembly took longer than I planned for and the instructions weren’t too clear. I expected a quicker process given the price. Not the worst experience, but I've had better.

Average experience

I found the store to be nice, but the prices are high for what you get. I ended up going with a different brand, but I liked a few pieces here.

Pretty decent selection

Found some unique items I really liked. The shipping was timely and everything arrived in good condition. I do think the prices can be a bit high, but the quality seems worth it so far.

Stylish options, but pricey

I love the design of my new couch. However, I think it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. The fabric feels nice but a bit thin, so I'm worried about long-term wear.

Slightly better than average

The furniture I purchased met my expectations, aesthetics-wise, but I was annoyed at the long wait times for delivery and when I tried to contact them, it took a while to get through. Not terrible but leaves much to be desired.

Feeling underwhelmed

While their furniture looks nice, I’m disappointed with how it feels. Not that comfortable and they could use better cushioning.

Decent products, slow service

The furniture is nice, but customer service could improve a lot. I had some questions about my order and it took days to get a response. My coffee table arrived in good condition, but I'm just annoyed at how long it took to get any help.

Not worth the hype

Ordered a dining table that looked great online, but the quality wasn't what I expected. It's not sturdy at all, and I was so excited to finally set it up. On top of that, it took longer than expected to arrive. It's fine, but I won't be ordering from here again.

Quality fell short of expectation

I bought a sectional couch that was supposed to be top-notch, but it's already squeaking after a few weeks. The design is lovely and it fits my living room perfectly, but I expected it to be more durable based on the reviews I read before buying. Not impressed with the customer service either when I reached out about my concerns. Overall, I wish I had chosen a different store for such a big purchase.
