Good quality overall
I have a couple of pieces from Room & Board and they all feel solid and well-made. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is the prices solidly reflect the quality, definitely a splurge.

Great furniture but slow delivery
I really love my new sofa from Room & Board. The design is just what I wanted and it feels high quality. The only downside was the delivery took a bit longer than expected. But overall, I’m happy with it.

Very happy with my chair
Got a beautiful accent chair from here, and the design is just stunning. It fits perfectly in my small space. Just a tad pricey, but very happy with my purchase.

Good selection, great quality

Nice furniture, but delivery was tricky
I really love the sofa I got from Room & Board, it fits my living room perfectly. The only downside was the delivery, they were a bit late and didn't communicate well about the timing.

Solid service and great product

Almost Perfect!
Everything from the ordering to delivery was smooth. I love my new ottoman, but it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Still, it’s a great addition to my living room.

Very nice but pricey
Room & Board has beautiful pieces, but I feel like everything is a bit overpriced. My coffee table is gorgeous and all, but I wish it was a little more affordable. Still, I'm satisfied.

Good, but Room to Improve
I’m generally happy with my purchase of a side table. It’s stylish and solid. Just wish the delivery team had done a better job with setup and cleaning up afterward.
