Delivery issues ruined the experience

I was really excited to receive my furniture, but the delivery was a mess. They showed up days late and damaged part of my order. Very disappointing.

Never again!

Completely let down. My order was all kinds of messed up, and not only was the wait ridiculous, but the furniture wasn’t what I had picked out. Totally unacceptable.

Goods are fine, could be better

We bought a set of chairs and they look great, but one came with a small scratch. Got in touch with customer service and they offered a partial refund, which was helpful. The chairs are comfortable and fit nicely at our table, but I was hoping for a flawless delivery.

Wouldn't order again, honestly

Ordered a couch that took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn't in perfect shape. Had a small tear that I didn't notice until it was in my living room. The support team could barely help over the phone. I really expected more for the price.

Lost patience with the customer support

Initially, I loved the bed frame I ordered. Beautiful design and solid construction, but during delivery, they forgot a lot of pieces. It took over a week of calling before I finally got the missing parts sent over. I truly lost patience with how long it took them to resolve it.

Disappointed with the experience

I was really looking forward to my new sofa, but the delivery was a mess. It showed up late and had some minor damage. I contacted customer service for a replacement, and it took forever to hear back. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better service.

Disappointed with quality

Disappointed with the customer service

Not what I expected

I purchased a bed frame that looked great online but was disappointing when it arrived. It wobbles and feels flimsy. On top of that, the delivery was late and I had to keep contacting customer service for updates. It’s a real shame because I had high hopes for Room & Board. Overall, I expected better quality for the price.
