I got a lovely set of side tables. They were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. A bit pricey compared to other stores but worth it for the style.

I received a lamp with a dent in the shade, and the customer service team took ages to respond. I thought they would at least expedite the replacement, but no. Just frustrating considering how much I spent. Will not recommend.

I have a couple of pieces from Room & Board and they all feel solid and well-made. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is the prices solidly reflect the quality, definitely a splurge.

Just received my new desk. It looks nice and serves its purpose but the assembly took longer than I planned for and the instructions weren’t too clear. I expected a quicker process given the price. Not the worst experience, but I've had better.

We bought a set of chairs and they look great, but one came with a small scratch. Got in touch with customer service and they offered a partial refund, which was helpful. The chairs are comfortable and fit nicely at our table, but I was hoping for a flawless delivery.

Ordered a couch that took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn't in perfect shape. Had a small tear that I didn't notice until it was in my living room. The support team could barely help over the phone. I really expected more for the price.
